AMICUS ® PAL
ROBOTIC PALLETIZER FOR BULK CONTAINERS
The AMICUS® PAL is our robotic palletizer that is designed for applications up to 1,200 containers/hour or 360 drums/hour. For bags, our standard is from 5 to 50 kg / 10 to 110lbs. We can also handle pails, canisters and various types of containers including boxes. Our robotic palletizers allow for full automation with a pallet placing end effector and a slip sheet placement. You can also have the pallet placing via a separate component for additional speed.
Adding our robotic palletizing solution to an existing packing line, will completely automate your production facility and provide the most flexibility for the future.

This simple, compact, and highly effective system is the perfect starting point for automating your palletizing. Operator brings in the empty pallets and once the robot is done, the finished pallet can be brought out with a pallet jack.

AMICUS® PAL- Standard
In this configuration, the robot’s end of arm tool performs the pallet pickup and slipsheet placement. All that’s required is a forklift operator to load stacks of empty pallets and slipsheets.
