The DEPAL-F is designed to handle a wide range of filled bag types — including valve bags, open-mouth bags, and pillow-style bags — across various materials such as paper, polyethylene, and woven polypropylene. It supports bag weights from 5–50 kg (10–110 lbs) and adapts to different bag dimensions without requiring tooling changes.

The AMICUS® DEPAL-F is compatible with third-party bag destroyers. The robot picks filled bags from the pallet and delivers them directly to the bag destroyer infeed, which cuts and empties the bag, channeling product downstream into your mixer, blending system, or process line. Our team can help engineer the optimal layout for your facility.
The standard end-of-arm tool is a vacuum gripper, ideal for most bag types and surfaces. For applications involving bags that are difficult to grip with vacuum — such as porous or heavily textured materials — an optional punch finger gripper is also available.
The AMICUS® DEPAL-F operates at 3–5 bags per minute, depending on the robot model, end-of-arm tool configuration, and bag characteristics. Our applications team will work with you to determine the right setup to match your line speed and production goals.
