AMICUS® DEPAL-FFULL BAG DEPALLETIZER
The DEPAL-F features a robotic arm with a heavy-duty gripping tool, a smart camera system with trained AI, and a fully integrated control system; picks filled bags directly from the pallet and delivers them to an integrated bag destroyer that channels product into your mixer or process line.
AMICUS® DEPAL-EEMPTY BAG DEPALLETIZER
The AMICUS® DEPAL-E consists of the robot arm with our innovative gripping tool, a camera system and the associated control system and accesses at least one pallet location. From there, it can load several bag magazines with the same empty bags.
AMICUS® APPBAG PLACING ROBOT
The AMICUS® APP is our answer to bag placing on various types of valve bag filling machines. Our AMICUS® solution features a single robot that picks up a valve bag and places it on a spout. This solution is perfect for applications where you are first getting ready to incorporate in a new valve bag filling machine or in the market to upgrade your current system by adding automation for placing bags. These solutions are perfect for hazardous and high-risk products.
AMICUS® PALBAG/ CONTAINER PALLETIZING ROBOT
The AMICUS® PAL is a robotic palletizer that is designed for applications up to 1,200 containers/hour or 360 drums/hour. For bags, our standard is from 5 to 50 kg / 10 to 110lbs. We can also handle pails, canisters and various types of drums. Our robotic palletizers allow for full automation with a pallet placing end effector and a slip sheet placement. You can also have the pallet placing via a separate component for additional speed.
AMICUS® SMART-CELLAUTOMATED BAGGING & PALLETIZING
The AMICUS® Smart Cell is an all in one filling and palletizing solution powered by our Elementra Inline Packing Machine and AMICUS® robot family powered by FANUC.
This system features a single robot that picks up a valve bag and places it on a spout. Once filled, the AMICUS® robot picks up the filled and sealed bag, places a new bag on the spout, and then palletizes the filled bag. This multipurpose solution is perfect for applications that require packaging any hazardous and high-risk products.
