The Challange
A repeat customer in Europe approached Haver & Boecker for an FFS Bagging and palletizing solution for several different animal feed products.
The Solution
Haver & Boecker met with the customer to understand their product environment and requirements. Additionally, a product analysis of the powders being bagged was performed at one of our testing facilities in Oelde, Germany. After this was done, it was determined that the bagging solution would be two of our INTEGRA ISL2 ADAMS form-fill-seal baggers. For the palletizing portion of this project, Haver & Boecker provided the solution of our AMICUS PAL Robotic Palletizer powered by FANUC. This robot is features our Gripper end of arm tool as well as a custom transport system. This transport system features both chain & roller conveyors, pallet & PE film slipsheet dispensers, reject station, and dual infeed lanes.
