INTEGRA ADAMS Edition
The Form-Fill-Seal ADAMS Edition is made for filling powders into PE bags. Our ADAMS machine for powder filling into bags is specifically designed for all types of powdery products such as cement, minerals, chemicals, food, milk, and building materials. It’s available with 1 to 10 rotating high-performance spouts to meet your production expectations.
ROTO-PACKER ADAMS
As the traditional impeller or air dosing technology fills the plastic bag, a vibrating rod and our vacuum technology extracts the air out of the bag prior to welding it shut. This result is a completely sealed, well-compacted bag. The bags are a prefect brick shape that can be transported and palletized easily.
INTEGRA IVT
The INTEGRA represents the essence of convenience and versatility in valve bag packing systems. As a factory-assembled, complete turnkey system, it is designed to streamline the process of filling loose bulk materials into valve bags. One of its standout features is its dust-proof enclosure, ensuring a clean and safe working environment while minimizing product loss and contamination.
ELEMENTRA16
Our palletized drum/IBC liquid filler can fill various containers with the help of an Operator. Our Elementra 16 works in a semi-automatic way by which an operator is still a core part of the filling process. In the stand-alone simple execution, an operator will need to move the palletized drums or IBCs into position, then the operator to move the mast that holds the lance over the opening of the drum, then press fill which will activate the automatic liquid filling process.
INTEGRA84
For drums, nothing is faster than our INTEGRA 84 inline liquid drum filler. This liquid filling edition is built to produce. We can provide up to eight stations all working to get the drums filled per your expectations. The working stations consist of having the empty drums positioned, de-bunged, purged, filled, and closed one after the other simultaneously. Special design adjustments for those more aggressive products are available.
ELEMENTRA24
Our Elementra 24 for pails, is a quick and economical solution for any application. Simply place the pail on the scale and start the filling of your liquid product. Add equipment for closing and automatic labeling.
TERRAM LOW-LEVEL
Our TERRAM Family Low-Level Bag Palletizers are low entry systems for bag palletizing. We have either a gripper or layer solution available depending on your bagged product. The gripper palletizer works with a robot-like end effector that picks up and places the bags on the pallet. While our Terram layer pusher style palletizer lifts the bags via a conveyor for bag placing on the pallet. Each layer is then pressed individually.
ARCUS HIGH-LEVEL
Our ARCUS high-lever bag palletizers are automatic layer depositing palletizers with medium to high outputs for 800 to 4000 bags per hour. We can bag palletize a very broad range of different bag types. Our design also adjusts depending on your market. We know that the building material and cement market require more durability and we adjust accordingly to your bag size, material and the product inside your bag. The food and chemical industries bag palletizer need to be focused on cleanliness and we make sure to adapt our bag palletizer to account for that need.
AMICUS PAL
The Robotic Palletizer AMICUS model is designed for applications up to 1,200 containers/hour. For bags, our standard is from 5 to 50 kg / 10 to 110lbs. We can also handle pails, canisters and various types of drums. Our robotic palletizers allow for full automation with a pallet placing end effector and a slip sheet placement. You can also have the pallet placing via a separate component for additional speed.
