FORM-FILL-SEAL ADAMS EDITION
The Form-Fill-Seal ADAMS Edition is made for filling powders into PE bags.
Our ADAMS machine for powder filling into bags is specifically designed for all types of powdery products such as cement, minerals, chemicals, food, milk, and building materials. It’s available with 1 to 10 rotating high-performance spouts to meet your production expectations.
As the traditional impeller or air dosing technology fills the plastic bag, a vibrating rod and our vacuum technology extracts the air out of the bag prior to welding it shut. This result is a completely sealed, well-compacted bag. The bags are a prefect brick shape that can be transported and palletized easily.
Using sealed PE bags for your product, provides high-quality protection against moisture and other external factors, allowing for an extended shelf life during storage.
